Student Services will handle your requests in a completely confidential manner, within normal legal constraints. Student Services is not part of the academic structure. Personal information disclosed to Student Services staff or requests for assistance with regard to sensitive matters are not reported to the MDM faculty. In those cases where the staff feels consultation with the faculty is necessary, your permission will be requested before doing so or you will be advised to do so directly.
